The Marion C. Early R-V School District is seeking a qualified candidate to manage lunch point-of-sale operations, lunch accounts receivable, and provide general clerical support at the MS/HS level.

This position supports the building principal by maintaining accurate records, assisting staff and students, and ensuring efficient office operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

This is a 10-month position.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage lunch POS and accounts receivable
  • Maintain student and staff records, including attendance
  • Answer phones, greet visitors, and support daily office operations
  • Prepare reports, handle correspondence, and manage filing systems
  • Collect and prepare deposits for school organizations
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the principal

    Qualifications
    • High school diploma required
    • Strong computer, organizational, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple tasks
    • Keyboarding skills required

      Work Environment

      School office setting with frequent interaction with students, staff, and the public.
